• Receive virtual currency ($1,000) upon registration - this has NO real value
• Trade on simulated prediction markets based on real-world events
• Compete with friends and other players on leaderboards
• Earn virtual bonuses through referrals and achievements

This service does not constitute gambling, betting, or financial trading.No real money can be won or lost. Market data is sourced from public APIs for educational purposes.

3. Eligibility

To use FantasyPoly, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU)
• Have a valid email address
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not create multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses or manipulate leaderboards.

5. Virtual Currency

The virtual currency ("Fantasy Dollars") on FantasyPoly:

• Has absolutely NO monetary value
• Cannot be purchased with real money
• Cannot be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for real money
• Is provided solely for entertainment within the game
• May be adjusted, reset, or revoked at our discretion

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Attempt to manipulate markets or leaderboards
• Create multiple accounts for unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, probe, or test the security of our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Misrepresent FantasyPoly as real-money gambling

7. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data displayed on FantasyPoly is sourced from third-party public APIs and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. This is NOT financial advice.Do not make real financial decisions based on data shown on FantasyPoly.

8. Intellectual Property

The FantasyPoly name, logo, design, and content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
