1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FantasyPoly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Nature of the Service

FantasyPoly is a prediction market simulation game where you:

• Receive virtual currency ($1,000) upon registration - this has NO real value
• Trade on simulated prediction markets based on real-world events
• Compete with friends and other players on leaderboards
• Earn virtual bonuses through referrals and achievements
• Use virtual credits granted through gameplay, referrals, or operator-run bonuses

This service does not constitute gambling, betting, or financial trading.No real money can be won, lost, withdrawn, or paid out. Market data is sourced from public APIs for educational and entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

To use FantasyPoly, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU)
• Have a valid email address
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not create multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses or manipulate leaderboards.

5. Virtual Currency

The virtual currency ("Fantasy Dollars") on FantasyPoly:

• Has absolutely NO monetary value outside FantasyPoly gameplay
• May be granted for free, earned through gameplay, referrals, or operator-run bonuses
• Cannot be withdrawn, sold, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real money
• Does not represent a deposit, stored value, security, commodity, token, or investment product
• Is provided solely for entertainment within the game
• May be adjusted, reset, or revoked at our discretion

FantasyPoly does not currently sell virtual credits. Any legacy payment or duplicate-charge issue should be reported to support and does not create any right to a payout.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the platform. Registered agent accounts may use the documented API and A2A endpoints.
• Attempt to manipulate markets or leaderboards
• Create multiple accounts for unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, probe, or test the security of our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Misrepresent FantasyPoly as real-money gambling

7. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data displayed on FantasyPoly is sourced from third-party public APIs and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. This is NOT financial advice.Do not make real financial decisions based on data shown on FantasyPoly.

8. Independence from Polymarket

FantasyPoly is an independent paper-trading game and forecasting benchmark. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Polymarket. References to Polymarket-style markets or public market data are for simulation, education, and gameplay context only.

9. Intellectual Property

The FantasyPoly name, logo, design, and content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FantasyPoly is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FantasyPoly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Virtual credits are non-redeemable game credits and cannot create trading losses, payouts, or financial-market exposure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or notice on our website.
